Rue Neuve, Rue Haute

The concept is to continue the city's effervescence by projecting above the Rue Neuve, the “Rue Haute”. It is about a projection in space but also in time. This vertical urban gesture tends to determine the spatial composition and timeline in peoples’ life by uniting wellness and pleasure of life. The task is to challenge the window-shopping by day and the emptiness by night. For this, the project stratify the functions and users' behaviors not by erasing the existing structure but by filling the lack of activity. Indeed the “Rue Haute” designs itself in the city and multiply the functionalities. It becomes a multi-used passage: theater passage, catering passage, digital passage… It completes the Rue Neuve, interprets its story and generates a new identity for the street.
