The frontage design for the entire building remains the same from one side to another. To create unity with the artistic program, the frontage itself is an active component. We find there: stairs’ connections, tiers, vegetation and balconies. Those elements connect the frontages together. The visitor will have the sensation to walk into pieces from Esher or Piranesi - “The Artistic Walk”.
At the park level, the building is based on a transparent and luminous stand made of two levels and with high-ceiling. At the ground floor is an open and modular cafeteria with some co-working spaces and flexible rooms that allow a see through between the park and the railroad. The base also contains workshops, fab-lab, places to create, exchange, study… on the ground floor and first floor.
From the second floor to the sixth, there are offices. Multiples arrangements are possible thanks to open offices spaces allowing a bigger flexibility according to the needs. Consequently, we placed all the stairs outside the building to keep space as much as possible in the inside. The offices obey to French standards of 19.20m width and a frontage basis of 1.35m. The offices surrounded by nature give optimum work conditions to the users. The top of La Halle Créative is dedicated to sports’ installations and linked to other buildings in the neighborhood.
