LE MONITEUR : "Marseille : un ensemble résidentiel noyé dans la nature, par Manal Rachdi, architecte, et Nexity"

In the south area of Marseille, Nexity and Nexity Apollonia birthed Art’Chipel, a residential building complex of 344 housings constructed by Manal Rachdi of OXO Architectes to fit delicately between the preserved trees of the site, formerly occupied by the regional headquarters of the MGEN. Two of the six buildings built in separate lots have been delivered before a final delivery scheduled for September 2024.
