We imagine the Intelligent Campus to be an emblematic place, albeit marked by discretion. All of the planned activities will create an attractive hub in the Paris region. All these requirements will be part of the architectural and urban concept that we imagine. The qualities of the existing context in the valley of the Oise will be highlighted and the existing nature will be emphasized.
A place as a point of convergence. The Intelligent Campus will host a variety of profiles: military, researchers, students, civilians, clients or entrepreneurs. The design of the project will be carried out as a «Plugin City»: a collection of active individual cells with different functions grouped together in a single campus. In the organization of this ensemble, there will be a hierarchy of elements.
We will create an emblematic building that will become the icon of the new Creil Air Base. We imagine a fluid architecture, a creative pole that highlights spontaneous exchange, gathering, sharing or informal activities. Spontaneous amphitheatres and multipurpose rooms will belong to this territory.
We envision the creation of modular spaces that could function independently of each other, but at the same time become a whole if the need arises. Through this urbanization, we will create potentially temporary synergies while favoring contact with nature. To be able to escape whenever we want or to be able to meet - we are going to compose an architecture of possibilities.
