The garden is actually a place  of privilege offered to employees. 

We carry this urban project like a landscaped casket: a living space that creates and transforms habits and allows an unprecedented dialogue between nature and the horizon.

The Wellcome is an ode to the well-being of users with a large reception and abundant nature. The architecture of rue du Colisée is a continuation of the existing architectures while offering privacy to the occupants and a new urban piece that identifies the building complex. 

We wanted a natural shift between the street and the interior garden, passing through reception areas and meeting places. We suggest  to have a legibility of spaces, new ways of working and of sharing spaces. We want to shape the interior space as a place of informal and generous exchanges in nature. The ambition of "Wellcome" is to create a green heart, a workplace, a place of life and socialization for users, but also a place of well-being and sharing for all.
